Executive director of AsiaColors, Marcelle Torres, publishes policy paper entitled “The importance of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Global Value Chains”, which addresses the Republic of Korea in the 4th Industrial Revolution and includes recommendations for possible areas of cooperation between South Korea South and Brazil. The policy paper is part of the “Brazilian Global Value Chain Initiative – Understanding the South Korean Best Practices” project between Fundação Getulio Vargas' International Intelligence Unit (FGV IIU) and The Korea Foundation.
At the invitation of Prof. Dr. Leonardo Paz Neves, Marcelle Torres wrote the policy paper entitled “The importance of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Global Value Chains”, which also included recommendations for possible areas of cooperation between South Korea and Brazil.
The project brought together experts and economists such as Otaviano Canuto, former executive director at the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, and Renato Baumann, deputy secretary of International Affairs at the Brazilian Ministry of Planning."
