
Hemispheric Meeting of Councils on International Relations: The new international relations in a globalized world
On November 17 and 18, 2014, the IIU held a series of talks as part of the Annual Hemispheric Council Meeting on International Relations, in partnership with the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI).
The event brought participants from several Latin American countries and Brazil, touching on topics such as: multilateralism, globalization, energy issues, free trade, production chains, security and defense of the South Atlantic, transnational crimes, environment and climate.
The talks took place in the FGV auditorium, led by Professor Renato Flôres, from FGV’s IIU, and Luiz Augusto de Castro Neves, then president of CEBRI.
