is the FGV’s Representative in France. He is an economist, a public official, and a university Professor at Sciences Po and the University Paris-Dauphine. He began his career at the Ministry of Industry, in 1972. He was Électricité de France (EDF) Strategy and International Relations Director from 1988 to 2010. He has participated in all the international conferences on climate organised since the Rio Summit, in 1992. Currently he is the President of the World Council for Sustainable Electrification and of the French Cercle des Ingénieurs Economistes.
